摘要
智能车路协同系统是交通智能化发展下延伸出的一种新型解决方案,是有效保障交通安全、提高通行效率、节省能耗、减少碳排放的有效手段。现阐述了智能车路协同系统的定义,描述了其在中国的发展历程,同时指出了当前在发展中存在的问题,并尝试提出一些解决思路。
Intelligent Vehicle-Infrastructure Collaboration Systems(i-VICS)is a new solution extended under the development of intelligent transportation,which is an effective means to ensure traffic safety,improve traffic efficiency,save energy consumption,and reduce carbon emissions.This paper expounds the definition of i-VICS,describes its development process in China,points out the existing problems in the current development,and attempts to propose some solutions.
