摘要 基于钢渣的特性,现概述了钢渣作为集料在沥青混合料中的应用进展。首先,总结了经不同方法处理的钢渣集料力学性能、化学成分和物理结构等方面的差异。钢渣表面结构粗糙、棱角丰富,表现出良好的耐磨性和耐压碎性,但也存在密度大、吸水率高及体积不稳定等问题。其中,体积不稳定是影响钢渣在沥青混合料中应用的关键因素。其次,根据不同配合比设计方法,分析了加入替代比例钢渣集料对沥青用量、沥青混合料性能的影响,表明沥青混合料中,钢渣百分比的增加通常会导致设计沥青用量、矿料间隙率、Marshall稳定性和密度增加。最后,详细总结了钢渣集料对沥青混合料在防滑、水损害、抗车辙和抗疲劳等现场性能的影响,发现钢渣代替沥青混合料中的粗集料,可以改善抗滑、抗车辙和抗疲劳等性能。水损害性能则由于钢渣的产生来源不同,变化结果不确定性较大。综合来看,钢渣替代集料能够一定程度上改善路用性能,但钢渣集料体积不稳定,可能带来一定的变异性,在道路应用过程中,应有针对性调控,以确保沥青混合料性能的稳定。 Based on the characteristics of steel slag,the applications of steel slag as aggregate in road asphalt mixture were summarized in this paper.Firstly,mechanical properties,chemical composition and physical structure of the steel slag aggregates produced by diferent methods were summarized and compared with natural aggregates.Results showed that steel slag had rough surface structure and rich edges and angles,showing good wear resistance and crushing resistance,high density and water absorption,and poor volume stability.Furthermore,the volume stability was the key factor affecting the application of steel slag in asphalt mixture.Secondly,according to different mix design methods,the effects of adding alternative proportion of steel slag aggregate on asphalt content and asphalt mixture performance were analyzed.The results show that the increase of steel slag percentage in asphalt mixture usualy leads to the increase of design asphalt content,ore clearance rate,marshall stability and density.Results showed that steel slag improved the performance of skid resistance,water stability,rutting resistance and fatigue resistance instead of coarse aggregate in asphalt mixture.Finally,the effects of steel slag aggregate on the laboratory and field performance of asphalt mixture,such as skid resistance,water damage,rutting resistance and fatigue resistance,were summarized in detail.Due to the different characteristics and volume instability of steel slag,caution need to be exercised to ensure that addition of steel slag does not lead to undesirable change in the performance of asphalt mixture.
