Participation of Civilian High-Tech Companies in Russian-Ukrainian Conflict

俄乌冲突中,民用高科技公司作为重要的技术支援力量大规模参战,在精确打击、情侦监、指挥控制、舆情舆论等作战任务中,与不同层次力量和作战行动深度融合,表现出对战场态势及战争走向的强大影响力。全面梳理了俄乌冲突中对俄作战的主要民用高科技公司,从物理域、信息域、认知域和社会域4个方面剖析了其在现代战争中发挥的作战效能,分析其参战特点,并提出了我国的应对策略和建议。

Civil high-tech companies,as an important technical support force,have participated in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine on a large scale.In combat missions such as precision strikes,situation investigation and supervision,command and control,and public opinion,they are closely integrated with different levels of forces and combat operations,showing a strong influence on the battlefield situation and the direction of war.The main civil high-tech companies that fought against Russia in the conflict are comprehensively sorted out.Their combat efficiency in modern war is studied from four aspects of the physical domain,information domain,cognitive domain,and social domain.Finally,the characteristics of their participation in the war are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions of China are put forward.
