天麻钩藤饮在防治心脑血管疾病中的应用研究评述 被引量:4

摘要 天麻钩藤饮是平肝息风、清热活血、补益肝肾的代表方,其主要化学成分为黄酮类、生物碱类、酚酸类化合物,精制工艺技术包含超滤膜技术、大孔树脂法、吸附澄清法、醇沉法。天麻钩藤饮药理活性广泛,具有降低血压、神经功能保护、镇痛镇静、抗炎作用,在临床上常单独或联合给药用于心脑血管疾病的治疗,特别是在高血压、头痛、脑卒中、眩晕、创伤性脑损伤、高脂血症、老年性耳鸣等方面治疗效果颇为显著。本文对近年来有关天麻钩藤饮的化学成分、精制工艺、主要药理作用和临床实践的研究报道进行整理综述,以期为天麻钩藤饮后续研究和相关药物的开发提供参考。 Tianma Gouteng decoction(TGD)is a representative prescription of calming the liver and stopping the wind,clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation,invigorating liver and kidney.Its main chemical components are flavonoids,alkaloids,and phenolic acids.The refining technology includes ultrafiltration membrane technology,macroporous resin method,absorbing-clarifying method,and alcohol precipitation method.TGD has a wide range of pharmacological activities,with the functions of lowering blood pressure,protecting nerve function,analgesia and sedation,and anti-inflammatory.Clinically,it is often used alone or in combination for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,especially has remarkable therapeutic effects on hypertension,headache,stroke,vertigo,traumatic brain injury,hyperlipidemia,senile tinnitus.This article summarizes the chemical composition,refining process,main pharmacological effects and clinical practice of TGD in the past 10 years,in order to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the follow-up research of TGD and the development of related medicines.
