近年来世界经济进入动荡变革期,国际秩序加速调整,全球经济治理体系改革也面临着多重复杂环境。作为世界第二大经济体的中国逐渐走向世界舞台中央,成为改革全球经济治理体系的核心力量、开放型世界经济的倡导者和推动者、世界经济增长的稳定器和助推器以及扭转逆全球化的重要力量。在多重复杂环境下,中国应积极参与现行全球性国际组织的改革、积极谋求参与现有区域性和专业性国际经济组织、积极推进区域性国际经济组织的建设进程、积极扩大自贸试验区和“一带一路”倡议等制度型开放、积极利用机制化的其他国际经济合作平台扩大国际影响力,推动全球经济治理体系朝着更加公正合理的方向改革。

In recent years,the world economy has entered a period of turbulence and change,the international order has accelerated its adjustment,and the reform of the global economic governance system is also facing multiple and complex environments.As the world's second-largest economy,China is gradually moving towards the center of the world stage,becoming a core force in reforming the global economic governance system,an advocate and promoter of an open world economy,a stabilizer and booster of world economic growth,and the important force in reversing anti-globalization.In this multiple and complex environments,China should actively participate in the reform of existing global international organizations,actively seek to participate in existing regional and professional international economic organizations,actively promote the construction process of regional international economic organizations,actively expand the institutional opening-up of pilot free trade zones and the"the Belt and Road"initiative,and actively use other institutionalized international economic cooperation platforms to expand international influence,promote the reform of the global economic governance system towards a more just and reasonable direction.
