摘要
碳/碳复合材料已是固体火箭发动机喷管喉衬的首选材料。本文从预制体结构和致密化工艺两个方面介绍了当前的应用现状,从生产周期长、质量一致性较差两个方面论述了喷管碳/碳复合材料喉衬工程化过程中的问题,并提出了解决措施和途径,为今后工作指出了努力方向。
Carbon/carbon composite material has been the first choice of solid fuel rocket engine nozzle throat liner material.This paper introduces the current application status from two aspects of prefabricated structure and densification process,discusses the problems in the nozzle throat liner engineering process from two aspects of long production cycle and poor quality consistency,and puts forward solutions and approaches.This paper points out the direction of future work.
