摘要
在车辆行驶过程中,汽车的操控稳定性及行驶舒适性越来越受到消费者的重视,减振器性能的重要性越来越突出。在悬架系统调校中,减振器阻尼力调校是一个专业且繁杂的工程,主要通过调整其阀系结构及数量组合,在行驶过程中不断感受其阻尼力变化带来的操控稳定性及行驶舒适性。文章主要介绍某车型在操稳调校过程中,通过减振器阀系的变化对阻尼力大小产生影响,其调校阀系主要包括:节流阀片(复原、压缩)、预载阀片、复原阀片、压缩阀片、垫片、高速垫片等,不断地调校排列其阀系的数量及结构,寻找最优的阀系组合,达到目标所需的阻尼力特性曲线。研究重点为此过程中阀系数量及结构对阻尼力的影响,为后续阀片式减振器调校提供方向及参考。
During the process of vehicle operation,the handling stability and driving comfort of car have become increasingly important to consumers,and the importance of dampers performance is becoming particularly prominent.In the tuning of suspension systems,the adjustment of damping force is a specialized and intricate engineering task,primarily achieved by adjusting the structure and quantity combination of its valve system.Throughout the driving process,the constantly changing damping force is perceived,influencing the stability of handling and driving comfort.The impact of changes in the damper valve system on the magnitude of damping force during the tuning process of a certain car model is introduced.The tuning valve system mainly includes throttle valve plates(recov-ery and compression),preload valve plates,recovery valve plates,compression valve plates,gas-kets,high-speed gaskets,etc.The quantity and structure of the valve system are continuously ad-justed to find the optimal combination,achieving the desired damping force characteristic curve.The focus is on the influence of changing the quantity and structure of the valve system on the damping force,providing direction and reference for subsequent tuning of valve-type dampers.
