赤水河流域酱香型白酒经济共同体构建研究

摘要 赤水河流域酱香型白酒经济共同体是深入实施区域协同发展战略、构建优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济布局和国土空间体系的重大举措,旨在增强沿线酱香型白酒经济综合实力和整体竞争力,塑造并传播赤水河流域酱香型白酒地理标志品牌,具有整体性与关联性、区段性与差异性等特征。分析认为,该经济共同体的构建将有助于形成高质量发展的区域经济新布局、竞合有序的白酒经济新格局和流域生态环境保护新动力。但在具体实践中面临“行政壁垒”突出、“区域分隔”显著、“公地悲剧”凸显等困境,需建立合作机制、健全产业体系、强化区域联动,为构建赤水河流域酱香型白酒经济共同体提供可行路径。 The sauce-flavor(Jiangxiangxing) Baijiu economic community in the Chishui River basin is a major measure to deeply implement the regional coordinated development strategy,and build a regional economic layout and land space system with complementary advantages and high-quality development,aiming to enhance the comprehensive economic strength and overall competitiveness of sauce-flavor Baijiu along the river,shape and spread the geographical indication brand of sauce-flavor Baijiu in the Chishui River basin.It has the characteristics of integrity and relevance,segmentation and difference.It was analyzed that the construction of the economic community will help to form a new regional economic layout with high-quality development,a new pattern of Baijiu economy with orderly competition and cooperation,and a new driving force for ecological environment protection of basin.However,it faced with such dilemmas as prominent "administrative barriers","regional separation",and "tragedy of commons" in concrete practice.It is necessary to establish a cooperation mechanism,improve the industrial system and strengthen regional linkage to provide a feasible path for building a sauce-flavor Baijiu economic community in the Chishui River basin.
