摘要
为响应钢铁行业极致能效和企业降本增效的发展需要,建龙阿城钢铁有限公司围绕现有1260 m^(3)高炉热风炉鼓风机能力释放空间受限、鼓风充压换炉波动大、运行风温低、能耗偏高、自动烧炉功能欠缺及常规半自动操作无法实现全周期和全流程自动运行等问题,采用独立外均压自动充压系统和自动燃烧控制技术进行一键式全流程智能控制技术升级改造。经生产实践检验,最高日风温为1221℃;与历史同期相比,在煤气消耗量大体相同的情况下,月平均风温提高了45℃,高炉热风炉高风温低消耗运行效果显著。
To respond to the sheer extreme energy efficiency and cost reduction requirements in the steel industry,Jianlong Acheng Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.has implemented a comprehensive upgrade and transformation of the existing hot stoves for a blast furnace of 1260 m^(3).The upgrade and transformation include the implementation of an independent external uniform pressure automatic charging system and automatic combustion control technology,forming a full-process intelligent control technology(called one-click).This upgrade aims to address various issues such as limited space for releasing the hot stove blower's capacity,large fluctuations in blast pressure,low operating blast temperature,high energy consumption,lack of automatic furnace burning functionality,and the inability for conventional semi-automatic operations to achieve full-cycle,full-process automatic operation.After the production practice,the daily hot blast temperature increased to 1221℃.Compared with the same period in history,the average hot blast temperature increased by 45℃with similar gas consumption.The effects of increased hot blast temperature and reduced gas consumption were remarkable.
