摘要
本论文基于“成果导向”(OBE)和“产出导向”(POA)等创新型教学理念,对照一流课程标准,以问题为导向,结合校本特色,形成了“一个目标、两个内容、三个环节、四个循环”的教学改革思路,在教学目标、教学内容、教学环节和教学模式四方面进行深层次优化创新,有效解决了教学中普遍存在的“高阶性、创新性、挑战度”不达标的问题。本文将以《英语演讲》课程为例,阐释基于应用型人才培养的创新教学改革研究与探索。
English Speech is a comprehensive,practical and one of the most challenging courses for English majors.It is also the core course for the cultivation of applied-oriented language talents.Under the direction of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and Production-Oriented Approach(POA),along with First-Class Course standard and school-based features,English Speech has re-formed the teaching approach of"One Goal,Two Contents,Three Steps,Four Circulations",and innovated four segments of teaching objective,teaching content,teaching step and teaching mode,which effectively fulills the standard of being high-level,innovative and challenging in teaching.
