述评中医药干预艾滋病免疫重建不良研究

Commentary on the traditional Chinese medicine intervention on incomplete immune reconstitution of AIDS after antiretroviral therapy

艾滋病免疫重建不良是临床难点问题,中医药治疗有一定优势。但是缺乏本病病因病机、诊断标准、诊疗方案等行业指引规范或指南,临床高质量研究报道较少,有效的医疗机构制剂作用机制不清等问题,建议整合优势研究力量,协同攻关,开发机制明确、疗效确切的中药新药,进一步提高艾滋病诊疗水平。

Incomplete immune reconstitution(IIR)of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)is a difficult clinical problem,and traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages.However,there is a lack of industry norms or guidelines on the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria,diagnosis and treatment schemes of the disease.Few high-quality clinical research has been reported with clear mechanism.It is suggested to integrate advantageous research groups to jointly deal with those key problems,and get some new Chinese herb medicines with clear mechanism so as to further improve the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS.
