古典针灸学“虚空”概念的音声内涵探析

Sound implications of the notion of‘void space'in classical acupuncture and moxibustion

通过梳理《扁鹊镜经》中三焦、腠理、溪谷、膜等概念的内容,明确三焦、腠理、溪谷的“虚空”概念内涵;探讨“三焦腠理溪谷-膜”的立体虚空网络结构,并浅析膜作为“虚空”分界、边界的作用;继而从音声生于“虚空”的角度,探析古典针灸学“虚空”之三焦、腠理、溪谷的“音声”内涵。古典针灸学的“虚空”结构具有重要的作用和价值,凡是气血游止之处,皆是“虚空”之管道与腔体。相互连接的三焦、腠理、溪谷作为人体精气津血营卫渗灌的立体网络,共同构成了通达全身的“虚空”结构,其外围的募原、膜原和肓膜等膜正界定了“虚空”的空间大小,这一特点也决定了身之“虚空”的“音声”特性。本研究指出,气血游于身之“虚空”而有无形之“音声”,当气血灌注“虚空”之腔体、管道和孔窍时,其所发出的能量和信息,与“音声”生于“虚空”的原理和内涵相一致,古人用以描绘这一相似图象的符号即是阴阳。此结论为深化理解古典针灸学的“虚空”概念提供了一些思路,对研究其科学内涵有一定的启示。

Through sorting out the contents of the concepts of sanjiao,muscular interstitial space,muscular interstice(acupuncture point)and membranes in the Bianque Jingjing,clarified the connotations of the concepts of‘void space'of sanjiao,muscular interstitial space and muscular interstice;the three-dimensional void space'network structure of'sanjiao,muscular interstitial space and muscular interstice-membranes is explored,and the function of membranes as the boundary of the"void space'is analyzed;then the connotations of the‘sound'of sanjiao,muscular interstitial space and muscular interstice in classical acupuncture and moxibustion are explored from the perspective that sound is born from the‘void space'.The'void space'structure of classical acupuncture has an important role and value,where the qi and blood travel and stop,all are the conduits and cavities of the'void space'.The interconnected sanjiao,muscular interstitial space and muscular interstice,as a three-dimensional network of the body's essence,fluid and blood,ying and wei,constitute the'void space'structure that reaches the whole body,and its peripheral membranes,such as the membranes of viscera,fascia and adipose membrane above the diaphragm and below the heart,define the spatial size of the void space',which also determines the'sound'characteristics of the body's'void space'.This study points out that qi and blood travel in the void space of the body and have an invisible'sound'.When qi and blood fill the cavities,tubes and orifices of the void space',the energy and information they emit are consistent with the principle and connotation that sound is born in the void space',and the symbols used by the ancients to depict this similar image are yin and yang.This conclusion provides some ideas for deepening the understanding of the concept of'void space'in classical acupuncture and provides some insights into its scientificconnotations.
