“火土合德”理论及应用探析

Analysis of the theory and application of‘unity of fire and earth’

“火土合德”是郭立中教授基于清代郑钦安“水土合德”思想提炼、总结而来。郭教授认为火具随化之德,土具冲和之德,两德相合,能使机体处于平和状态。火和土之间存在相生、相用的关系,包含火能化土、土能助火、土为水火相交之枢3个方面。郭教授在临床实践中以此理论为基础,具体运用时包含和胃降火、暖脾伏火、潜火暖土3法,进一步丰富了火土文化内涵,且将之应用于临床效果显著。

‘Unity of fire and earth'was extracted by professor GUO Lizhong,based on ZHENG Qinan's academic thought of‘unity of water and earth'in Qing dynasty.Professor GUO Lizhong believed that fire has the property of change,and the earth has the property of harmony.Combining the two factors can make the body healthy.Fire and earth have a interpromoting relationship,including that fire can transform earth,earth can help fire,and earth can promote the coordination between the water and fire.Professor GUO Lizhong applied three methods in clinical practice based on this theory,including harmonizing he stomach to downbear fire,warming the spleen to hide fire,and suppressing the fire to warm earth,which further enriched the connotation of fire and earth culture.This theory has an obvious clinical effect.
