风药治疗过敏性鼻炎探析

Exploration of the application of wind medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

过敏性鼻炎(AR)是耳鼻喉科常见病、多发病,可归属于中医“鼻鼽”范畴,以往多从寒、热、体虚三者论治。笔者通过翻阅古今文献,发现风邪与AR的发生发展关系密切,风药更是治疗的关键用药。但目前缺少关于风邪、风药与AR病因病机及治疗间联系的理论阐述;文章通过学习中医典籍的相关理论,研究三者间的关联,提出AR治疗中配伍风药可起到宣散祛邪、升清助阳、畅气开郁、引经达所等作用,结合防风、辛夷、苍耳子、细辛及白芷5味风药的现代药理研究,论证风药治疗AR不仅符合中医辨治思维方式及传统理论,更具有科学性与合理性,为AR的治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a common and frequent disease in otolaryngology.It falls under the category of bi qiu'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and was often treated from cold,heat and deficiency of body in the past.By reviewing the ancient and modern literature,the author found that wind-induced pathogen was closely related to the occurrence and development of AR,and wind-induced medicine was the key drug for treatment.However,there is a lack of theoretical explanation on the relationship between wind-induced pathogens,wind-induced medicine and the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of AR.In this paper,by studying the relevant theories of TCM books and studying the correlation among the three,it was proposed that the combination of wind-induced medicine in AR treatment could play a role in dispersing and dispelling evil,promoting qing and assisting yang,regulating qi and opening depression,and introducing channels to reach the center.Combined with the modern pharmacological studies on the five wind-induced medicines of Radix Sileris,Flos Magnoliae,Xanthium Fructi,Asarum Asarum and Angelica Dahurica,it was demonstrated that the treatment of AR with wind-induced medicines not only conformed to the thinking mode of TCM differentiation and treatment and traditional theories,but also had scientific and rational characteristics.This article explores the theoretical basis of wind-induced medicine treatment of AR,and also provides new ideas and methods.
