摘要
肿瘤血管生成是肿瘤生长和转移的关键过程,也是抗肿瘤治疗的重要靶点。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(VEGFRs)在肿瘤血管生成过程中可诱导广谱的信号转导级联反应,是血管形成的关键介质。多种天然产物及其衍生物已被证实可通过抑制VEGF/VEGFRs信号通路,发挥良好的抗肿瘤血管生成作用,有望开发出新的、高效、低毒的抗肿瘤血管生成候选药物。文章综述了近年来国内外关于天然产物抗VEGF/VEGFRs抑制肿瘤血管生成作用的研究进展。
Tumor angiogenesis is the key process of tumor growth and metastasis,and it is also an important target of anti-tumor therapy.VEGF/VEGFRs can induce a broad spectrum signal transduction cascade during tumor angiogenesis and is a key mediator in angiogenesis.A variety of natural products and their derivatives have been proven to play a good role in antitumor angiogenesis by inhibiting the VEGF/VEGFRs signaling pathway,and it is expected to develop new,efficient and lowtoxicity anti-tumor angiogenesis drug candidates.In this paper,the recent research progress on the anti-VEGF/VEGFRs effect of natural products on tumor angiogenesis was reviewed.
