从“肺络微型癥瘕”理论探讨特发性肺纤维化治疗的“三期分治”原则

文章基于“肺络微型癥瘕”理论探讨特发性纤维化的分期论治。根据肺的生理特点和特发性肺纤维化的病理特点,综合以往中医文献分期的规律,提出将其分为三期:肺炎症早期、肺损伤中期和肺间质纤维化晚期。治疗上总体以祛邪、益肺、消癥为主要方法。晏军教授的补肾益肺消癥方在治疗特发性肺纤维化方面有其独特的优势,根据不同分期正气与邪气的此消彼长,治疗侧重点不同,其加减化裁可用于特发性肺纤维化的各个阶段。

This article explores the staging theory of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on the theory of lung collateral micro-accumulation'.Based on the physiological characteristics of lung and the pathological character of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,combined with the staging rules of previous traditional Chinese medicine literature,it is proposed to divide it into three stages:early stage of pneumonia,middle stage of lung injury,and late stage of fibrosis.In terms of treatment,the main methods are dispelling pathogens,supplementing lung and eliminating disease.Professor YAN Jun's Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Decoction has unique advantage in treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.According to the different stages of the ebb and flow of healthy qi and pathogenic qi,the treatment focus varies,and its addition and subtraction can be used for various stages of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
