通腑调气针刺法联合耳穴揿针对腹部肿瘤术后胃肠功能加速康复的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Tongfu Tiaoqi acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint press for accelerated recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal tumor operation

目的:观察通腑调气针刺法联合耳穴揿针对腹部肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍加速康复的临床疗效。方法:将92例腹部肿瘤切除术后的患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,各46例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予通腑调气针刺法联合耳穴揿针治疗;观察两组治疗后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后腹胀腹痛程度、临床疗效及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组胃肠功能恢复时间显著缩短(P<0.05),术后腹胀、腹痛程度均显著减轻(P<0.01);临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:通腑调气针刺法联合耳穴揿针对腹部肿瘤术后胃肠功能康复的有效性优于单纯常规西医治疗,是一种安全可靠的中医特色治疗方案。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu Tiaoqi acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture on gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal tumor operation.Methods:A total of 92 patients with abdominal tumor resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tongfu Tiaoqi acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the degree of postoperative abdominal distension and pain,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the degree of abdominal distension and abdominal pain were significantly reduced(P<0.01),the clinical effect was superior to control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Tongfu Tiaoqi acupuncture combined with auricular atupoint acupuncture on gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after abdominal tumor operation is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment,which is a safe and reliable traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
