参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常疗效研究

Curative effect study on Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with amiodarone in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias

目的 观察参松养心胶囊、胺碘酮共同治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)伴室性心律失常(VA)临床疗效。方法 将我院92例CHF伴VA患者随机分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组口服胺碘酮治疗,观察组口服参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,检测并且比较左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心排量(CO)、每博量(SV)、室性早搏数、室性心动过速数、QT间期离散(QTd)、校正QT间期(QTc)、窦性心率R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、每5minN-N间期平均值标准差(SDANN)、相邻N-N间期差值均方根(RMSSD)。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组LVEF、CO、SV均高于治疗前,LVEDD均低于治疗前,观察组LVEF、CO、SV均高于对照组,LVEDD均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组室性早搏数量、室性心动过速数量、QTd、QTc均低于治疗前,观察组室性早搏数量、室性心动过速数量、QTd、QTc均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD均高于治疗前,观察组SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗可显著提高CHF伴VA患者心功能,改善心电活性和自主神经的平衡状态,疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsules and amiodarone in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF)and ventricular arrhythmias(VA).Methods A total of 92 patients with CHF and VA were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with amiodarone,while observation group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac output(CO),ventricular premature beats per beat(SV),ventricular tachycardia,QT interval dispersion(QTd),corrected QT interval(QTc),standard diviation of NN intervals(SDNN),and mean N-N interval standard deviation(SDANN),root mean square of successive differences in adjacent N-N intervals(RMSSD).Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);LVEF,CO,SV in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group,while LVEDD was lower,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the number of ventricular premature beats,ventricular tachycardia,QTd,and QTc in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);SDNN,SDANN,and RMSSD in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with amiodarone significantly improves the cardiac function of CHF with VA,the cardiac activity and the balance of autonomic nervous system,and has a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
