加味炙甘草汤联合开阖六气针法治疗乳腺癌化疗致心律失常疗效研究

Effect of Modified Zhigancao Decoction combined with Kaihe Liuqi Acupunctureon arrhythmia induced by chemotherapy in breast cancer

目的 观察加味炙甘草汤联合开阖六气针法治疗乳腺癌化疗致心律失常临床疗效。方法 将我院100例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组采用蒽环类化疗药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以加味炙甘草汤联合开阖六气针法。治疗6个化疗周期后比较两组总有效率、心律失常发生率;两组治疗前后全部窦性心博RR间期(NN)标准差(SDNN)、每5min正常心动周期标准差平均数(ASDNN)、心搏出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)值。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗组的心律失常发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SDNN、ASDNN高于治疗前,治疗组SDNN、ASDNN高于对照组(P<0.05)[1];两组SV、LVEF高于治疗前,LVESD、LVEDD、hs-CRP低于治疗前,治疗组SV、LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD、hs-CRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加味炙甘草汤联合开阖六气针法治疗乳腺癌化疗患者,降低心律失常发生率,缩小心率变异性,提高心功能,降低炎性反应,疗效可靠。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Zhigancao Decoction combined with Kaihe Liuqi Acupuncture on arrhythmia caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with anthracycline chemotherapy drugs,while treatment group was treated withModified Zhigancao Decoction combined with Kaihe Liuqi Acupuncture on the basis of control group.The total effective rate and incidence of arrhythmia,the standard deviation(SDNN),mean standard deviation per 5-minute normal cardiac cycle(ASDNN),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)values were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of arrhythmia in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);SDNN and ASDNN in both groups increased compared to before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);SV and LVEF in both groups increased compared to before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than control group,while LVESD,LVEDD,and hs-CRP decreased,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhigancao Decoction combined with Kaihe Liuqi Acupuncture reduces the incidence of arrhythmia heart rate variability,and inflammatory reaction improves heart function in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
