星蒌承气汤对急性缺血性脑卒中血管内治疗围手术期预后的影响

Effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on perioperative prognosis of intravascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke

目的观察星蒌承气汤对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)血管内治疗围手术期预后的影响。方法将我院92例AIS患者随机为治疗组与对照组各46例。对照组采用血管内治疗,治疗组采用星蒌承气汤联合血管内治疗。比较两组临床疗效,脑梗死溶栓分级标准(mTICI)血管再通率,美国国立研究院脑卒中评分表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS),血细胞比容(HCT)、血沉(ESR)、血浆黏度(PV),血小板聚集率(PAR)、粘附率(PAdT)、最大聚集时间(MPAT),超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组m TICI血管再通率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组NIHSS、mRs、HCT、ESR、PV、PAR、PAdT、MPAT、hs-CRP低于治疗前,治疗组NIHSS、mRs、HCT、ESR、PV、PAR、PAdT、MPAT、hs-CRP低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论蒌承气汤对AIS血管内治疗围手术期的疗效显著,可改善预后,促进恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on perioperative prognosis of intravascular therapy for acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Ninety-two AIS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Control group received intravascular treatment,while treatment group received Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on the basis of contro group.The efficacy,cerebral Infarction Thrombolysis Classification Standard(mTICI)vascular recanalization rate,National Institutes of Research Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Modified Rankin Scale(mRS),hematocrit(HCT),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),plasma viscosity(PV),platelet aggregation rate(PAR),adhesion rate(PAdT),maximum aggregation time(MPAT),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs CRP)level,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the reperfusion rate of mTICI blood vessels in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the levels of NIHSS,mRs,HCT,ESR,PV,PAR,PAdT,MPAT,and hs CRP in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinglou Chengqi Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on perioperative prognosis of AIS endovascular treatment and improves prognosis.
