金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染患儿疗效研究

The efficacy of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin in treatment of acute bronchitis with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

目的 观察金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染患儿的疗效。方法 将我院79例急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染患儿随机分为观察组40例与对照组39例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、C反应蛋白(CRP)、淋巴细胞计数百分率(LYMPH)、中性粒细胞百分率(NEUT)、免疫球蛋白A、G、M(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平、呼吸频率(RR)、潮气量(VT)、呼吸时间比(Ti/Te)。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP、LYMPH、NEUT水平均低于治疗前,观察组CRP、LYMPH、NEUT含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IgA、IgG、IgM含量均高于治疗前,观察组IgA、IgG、IgM含量均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组RR、Ti/Te均低于治疗前,VT高于治疗前,观察组RR、Ti/Te低于对照组,VT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染患儿疗效显著,可改善症状,降低炎症反应,提高免疫,改善肺功能。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin in treatment of acute bronchitis with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods Seventy-nine children with acute bronchitis and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were randomly divided into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 39 cases.Control group was treated with azithromycin,while observation group was treated with Jinzhen Oral Liquid on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein(CRP),lymphocyte count percentage(LYMPH),neutrophil percentage(NEUT),immunoglobulin A,G,M(IgA,IgG,IgM)levels,respiratory rate(RR),tidal volume(VT),and respiratory time ratio(Ti/Te)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,LYMPH,and NEUT in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);RR and Ti/Te in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group;VT was higher in both groups than before treatment,and was higher in observation group than control group( P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Jinzhen Oral Liquid andazithromycin has a significant therapeutic effect on acute bronchitis withMycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,improvingsymptoms and lung function,reducing inflammatory reactions,enhancing immunity.
