近5年中医药治疗酒精性脂肪肝研究进展

Research progress in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver with traditional Chinese Medicine in recent 5 years

酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)是一种特殊类型的酒精性肝损伤疾病,常见于长期嗜酒无度人群,AFL患者人群日渐庞大,严重影响生活与健康。目前现代医学对于AFL的治疗尚存在不足,而中医药辨证治疗本病优势明显。本文从病因病机、针灸治疗、中医药治疗三个方面阐述AFL中医药研究进展。

Alcoholic fatty liver(AFL)is a special alcoholic liver injury disease,which is common in people who have long been addicted to alcohol.The incidence rate of alcohol fatty liver disease is increasing year by year in China,which seriously affects the life and health of patients.At present,there are some problems in the treatment of AFL in modern medicine.This article elaborated the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine of AFL from three aspectetiology and pathogenesis,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
