基于SPME-GC/MS技术鉴别三种南五味子属药材

摘要 目的建立三种南五味子属药材黑老虎、地血香和红木香的鉴别方法。方法采用固相微萃取(SPME)结合气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对三种南五味子属药材的挥发性成分进行研究,并对数据进行相关性分析与聚类分析。结果三种南五味子属药材共检出74个挥发性成分,其中共有成分31个;药材种内相关系数较高,种间相关系数较低,种间存在明显差异;通过聚类分析能将黑老虎、地血香、红木香三大类药材各聚为一类。结论建立的SPME-GC/MS方法较全面地反映了南五味子属药材的挥发性成分,通过聚类分析以及特征性成分β-石竹烯和左旋龙脑可以有效区分黑老虎、地血香与红木香。 Objective To establish a method for the identification of Radix Kadsurae Coccinea and its Kadsura medicinal herbs,Radix Kadsurae Heteroclita and Radix Kadsurae Longipedunculata.Methods The volatile components of three medicinal materials of Kadsura were studied by SPME-GC/MS,and conducting correlation analysis and cluster analysis on the data.Results A total of 74 volatile components were detected from three Kadsura medicinal materials,including 31 same compounds.The intra species correlation coefficient of medicinal herbs was very high,while the inter species correlation coefficient was very low,and there were obvious differences among inter species.Through cluster analysis three kinds of medicinal materials Radix Kadsurae Coccinea,Radix Kadsurae Heteroclita and Radix Kadsurae Longipedunculata could be grouped into one group.Conclusion The established SPME-GC/MS method comprehensively reflects the volatile components of Kadsura.Through cluster analysis and characteristic components β-Caryophyllene and L-borneol can effectively distinguish Radix Kadsurae Coccinea,Radix Kadsurae Heteroclita and Radix Kadsurae Longipedunculata.
