摘要
目的对通窍活血汤中的化学成分进行鉴定。方法采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术,通过参考SciFinder、PubChem数据库和中国知网数据库、文献报道、对照品比对,以及化合物的质谱数据信息,对通窍活血汤的化学成分进行分析,并对其化学成分的药材来源进行归属。结果共鉴定出55个化合物,包括黄酮类、萜类、生物碱类、苯肽类、酚类、脂肪酸等各类化合物。结论建立的方法灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠,能够全面快速地分析和鉴定通窍活血汤中的化学成分。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.Methods The chemical constituents from Tongqiao Huoxue decoction were analyzed and identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology,databases of SciFinder and PubChem,CNKI,mass spectrometry data analysis and reference to relevant literature and comparing with the information of control substances.All the chemical constituents were assigned to the corresponding traditional Chinese medicines.Results 55 compounds from Tongqiao Huoxue decoction were identified,including flavonoids,terpenoids,alkaloids,benzene peptides,phenols and aliphatic acids,etc.Conclusion The method can be used to identify the chemical constituents from Tongqiao Huoxue decoction quickly,entirety and accurately with high sensitivity.
