海南辣椒抗轻斑驳病毒病种质资源的筛选

Screen of Pepper Germplasm Resources Resistant to Pepper Mild Mottle Virus of Hainan Province

摘要 为加速辣椒抗轻斑驳病毒病新品种的选育进程,有效应对近年来在海南辣椒生产中大面积发生的辣椒轻斑驳病毒病病情,通过IH1-04和L4-087H3T7R 2个分子标记筛选,结合病毒病苗期接种的方法,对已有的53份商品性较好的辣椒种质资源进行了抗轻斑驳病毒病筛选,其中6份通过抗病筛选达到抗(R)级,包括泡椒1份、尖椒3份、线椒2份,且各辣椒资源的商品性普遍较好,加深了对抗病辣椒资源的分布情况,并为进一步辣椒抗轻斑驳病毒病辣椒新品种选育工作提供了切实基础。 In order to accelerate the selection process of new varieties of pepper resistant to pepper mild mottle virus,and effectively deal with the occurrence of pepper mild mottle virus in Hainan pepper production in recent years,take use of IH1-04 and L4-087H3T7R 2 molecular marker screening,combined with the method of disease seedling inoculation,53 good commerciality of pepper germplasm resources were screened for resistance of pepper mild mottle virus.The results showed that 6 of the pepper germplasms were passed for pepper mild mottle virus,including 1 cuban pepper,3 canynne peppers,2 wire peppers,and the commerciality of each pepper resource was in good performance,which deepened the distribution of disease-resistant pepper resources and provided a practical basis for further selection of new pepper varieties resistant to pepper mild mottle virus.
