出版深度融合背景下学术期刊数字产业发展与平台建设——基于行动者网络理论分析框架 被引量:6

The Development and Platform Construction of Digital Industry in Academic Journals Under the Background of Deep Integration of Publishing——Based on the Theory Analysis Framework of Actor Network

摘要 出版深度融合发展已经成为技术变革与时代变革的应然要求。学术期刊作为国家科技与文化的交流平台,不仅兼具学术引领与文化传播的双重功能,也是支撑数字经济的重要战略性新兴产业之一。然而,受历史因素、路径依赖、利益博弈、技术障碍等多重因素的掣肘,我国学术期刊数字化产业发展速度较为迟缓,仍然处于数字化的初级阶段。借用行动者网络理论分析框架,分析了学术期刊数字产业发展实践中存在的现实问题、困境并从“聚焦一个中心”“激活多元主体”“突破传统桎梏”“赋能数据要素”四个方面提出学术期刊数字产业发展网络优化路径,整合多元行动者的优势,推动学术期刊数字产业的高质量发展。 The deeply integrated development of publishing has become the inevitable requirement of technological change and era change. As the platform for the exchange of national science and culture, academic journal not only has the dual functions of academic guidance and cultural communication, but also is one of the important strategic emerging industries supporting digital economy. However, due to multiple barriers such as historical factors, path dependence, interest game and technical obstacles, the development speed of digital industry in China's academic journals is relatively slow, and it is still in the primary stage of digitization. The theory analysis framework of actor network is utilized to analyze the practical problems and difficulties in the development practice of digital industry in academic journals. And from the four aspects of “focusing on one center”, “activating multiple subjects”, “breaking through the shackles of tradition” and “ enabling data elements”, the network optimization path of digital industry in academic journals is proposed. The objectives are to integrate the advantages of multiple actors and promote the high-quality development of the digital industry in academic journals.
