基于等效损伤的冲击试验方法研究

摘要 为了解决经典冲击试验中因脉冲持续时间过长和加速度量级过高而难以在现有设备上模拟原始冲击波形的问题,应用等效损伤准则实现大脉宽经典冲击向窄脉宽冲击转化以及高量级经典波形冲击向冲击响应谱转化,并对两种转化过程中涉及的等效频率的选取、冲击响应谱关键参数的确定等技术问题进行深入剖析,给出各参数具体确定的原则和方法。文章所提解决方案可为特殊情形的经典冲击模拟的工程实施提供参考。 In view of the difficulties to simulate the original shock waveform on the existing equipment for long pulse duration and high acceleration magnitude in classical shock tests,the equivalent damage criterion was applied to convert large pulse-width classical shock to narrow pulse-width shock,and to convert high-order classical waveform shock to shock response spectrum.The technical issues involved in the two conversion processes include the selection of equivalent frequencies and the determination of key parameters of the shock response spectrum,which were thoroughly analyzed.Specific principles and methods for determining each parameter were provided.The solution proposed in this article may provide a reference for the engineering application of classical shock simulation in special situations.
