国土空间规划背景下建构乡村规划体系的思考分析

乡村振兴,规划先行。新时期国土空间规划对乡村振兴提出了新要求,我国大力加强乡村规划体系建设,但尚没有统一的规划标准和规划指南。为进一步实现乡村振兴的目标,必须要积极探索新的乡村规划道路,针对现有规划问题采取有效措施,提高乡村规划体系的效益。基于此,本文分析乡村振兴战略乡村规划内涵与要求,提出国土空间规划背景下乡村规划方法,探究加强乡村规划体系建设的有效路径。

Rural revitalization,planning goes first.The territorial and spatial planning in the new period has put forward new requirements for rural revitalization.Although China has vigorously strengthened the construction of the rural planning system,there is still no unified planning standards and planning guidelines so far.In order to further realize the goal of rural revitalization,it is necessary to actively explore new rural planning methods and take effective measures to address the existing planning problems,so as to strengthen the benefits of the rural planning system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the connotation and requirements of rural planning in context of rural revitalization strategy,puts forward the rural planning method under the background of territorial and spatial planning,and explores the effective path to strengthen the construction of rural planning system.
