三种西番莲表型性状评价和相关性分析

Evaluation and Correlation Analysis of Phenotypic Traits of Three Passiflora Species

表型性状分析是遗传育种研究的重要手段之一。本研究对三种西番莲紫果(台农、紫香和果期长)的叶、茎、花、果和种子的22个表型性状进行了评价和相关性分析。结果显示,台农的叶片、茎、种子和果实总体较大,果期长的可食率最高,为55%。果实形态变化幅度表明,果期长的果长和果宽箱型图上、下四分线分别为57 mm~60 mm和52 mm~55 mm,变化幅度最小。表型性状相关性显示,西番莲雌性器官生长发育与雄蕊的长度、营养生长负相关,单果重与种子4个性状(种子长、种子宽、种子厚、单果种子数)正相关。西番莲果实种子数量与单果重相关度较高,品种内随着种子数量的增加,果实逐渐增大。

Phenotypic traits analysis is one of important methods in genetic breeding.In our study,the evaluation and correlation of 22 phenotypic traits including the leaf,stem,flower,fruit and seed were evaluated on three purple pericarp Passiflora edulia(Tainong,Zixiang and Guoqichang).The results showed that,Tainong had the largest leaf,stem,fruit and seed,Guoqichang had the best edible rate(55%).In the range of fruit shape,the correlation between fruit and seeds number per fruit were analyzed.The results showed that,the morphology of leaf,stem,flower,seed and fruit of three had some difference.The variation range of fruit morphology showed that,Guoqichang had the lowest variation range of fruit length and width box,which on the top and bottom quadrant lines were 57mm~60mm and 52mm~55mm,respectively.The correlation of phenotypic traits showed that,female organ growth was negative correlation to staminal length and vegetative growth,while weight of single fruit was positive correlation to four seed traits(length,wide,thickness and seed number).Seed number was high relevancy to single fruit,with the increase of the number of seeds,the fruit gradually increases in variety.This study has certain guiding significance for the scientific evaluation of germplasm resources and passionfruit breeding.
