摘要
高职院校的发展关键在于高质量人才的培养,而人才培养的质量往往又取决于学校师资队伍建设质量。“双高计划”是我国职业教育发展的一项创新型举措,对高职院校的师资队伍建设也提出了更高的要求。本文围绕高职院校师资队伍建设目标,探析现存的问题,提出从人才引进、培育、评价激励等方面完善高职院校师资队伍建设机制,打造出适应高技能人才培养需要的高素质高水平“双师型”教师队伍。
The key to the development of higher vocational colleges lies in the cultivation of high-quality talents,and the quality of talents'cultivation usually depends on the quality of colleges'teaching staff construction.The"Double High-quality Plan"is an innovative measure for the development of vocational education in China,which also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.Focusing on the goal of building double qualified teaching staff,this article analyzed the existing problems,and proposed strategies to improve the construction mechanism of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of talents'introduction,cultivation,and motivation,etc.in order to create high-quality and high-level"double-qualified"teaching staff meeting the needs of cultivating high skilled talents.
