航天器分支槽道热管设计及传热特性分析

摘要 航天器内部热源分布日益复杂,传统热管无法有效解决小空间内多热源的均温问题。文章设计了一种带有分支的槽道热管,通过分支的连接建立多热源间的传热通道,从而实现温度均匀(简称“均温”)。均温试验结果表明:当对功率为4 W,8 W,12 W,16 W的4个热源进行均温时,分支槽道热管的最大温差为0.9℃。传热特性试验结果表明:当加热功率为16 W时,分支与连接段、分支与分支间的热阻分别为0.15 K/W和0.17 K/W。分支槽道热管的均温和传热性能良好,可为多热源均温提供新的方法。 The distribution of heat source inside spacecraft is becoming increasingly complex,and traditional heat pipes can not effectively solve the problem of uniform temperature of multiple heat sources in small space.An axially grooved heat pipe with branches is designed,which establishes a heat transfer channel between multiple heat sources through the connection of branches to achieve uniform temperature.The results of the temperature uniform test indicate that when four heat sources with power of 4W,8W,12W and 16W are subjected to uniform temperature,the maximum temperature difference of the branched axially grooved heat pipe is 0.9℃.The results of heat transfer characteristics test show that when heating power is 16W,the thermal resistances between branch and the connecting section,and between the branch and branch are 0.15K/W and 0.17K/W respectively.The temperature uniform and heat transfer characteristics of branched axially grooved heat pipe are qualified,providing a new method for multi heat source temperature uniform.
