摘要
为了解决氧化铝溶出工艺内管测厚的行业难题,研发了一款专门针对内管测厚的装置,该装置采用管道机器人技术结合激光测距技术,系统扫描检测内管,直观反馈磨损情况,有针对地制定维检计划,可避免过修或欠修,能有效预防事故发生,装置测量综合精度±0.35 mm、检测速度1.4 h/100m,满足生产要求,使用后产生经济效益1 010.35万元/a。
Thickness measurement in the process pipe of alumina dissolution is an industry challenge,so a device specifically for thickness measurement in process pipe is developed,the device adopted pipeline robots technology and laser ranging technology,inner pipe detection was done by system scan,which can feedback on the wear in a straight line,so the maintenance plan can be made targetedly,over-repaired or missing repairs can be avoided,and accidents can be prevented effectively.The comprehensive precision of device measurement is±0.35mm,the detection speed is 72m/h,it can meet the production requirements,and it can generate economic benefit for¥10.1035 million Yuan per year.
