摘要
为进一步提升粉煤灰对染料废水的吸附性能,利用碳酸钠对粉煤灰进行改性,得到碳酸钠改性粉煤灰,并通过批量吸附试验,获得了处理橙黄Ⅳ模拟的染料废水的较优工艺条件,同时,对碳酸钠改性粉煤灰进行扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射以及比表面积测试等多种表征分析。结果表明:在温度为25℃,橙黄Ⅳ溶液初始质量浓度为200 mg/L,溶液pH值为2,吸附剂用量为3 g/L的条件下,可以达到较优的吸附效果,对橙黄Ⅳ的吸附率可以达到96.11%。
This paper is aimed at a further development in the adsorption performance of fly ash on dye wastewater.The study involves modifying fly ash by using sodium carbonate to obtain sodium carbonate modified fly ash,obtaining optimal process conditions of treating dye wastewater simulated by orange-yellow Ⅳ by batch adsorption test,meanwhile,conducting several characterizations and analysis including scanning electron microscope,infrared analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis and specific surface area test.The results show that under the conditions of temperature by 25℃,initial mass concentration of Orange yellow Ⅳ solution by 200 mg/L,pH solution by 2,and dosage of adsorbent by 3 g/L,the adsorption rate of Orange yellow Ⅳ could reach 96.11%.
