摘要
再制造产品质量升级可以弥补质量缺陷问题,区块链可以提高产品信息的透明度。质量升级下,为了研究区块链对授权再制造供应链决策的影响,分别构建了无区块链和有区块链的授权决策模型,比较了两种情形下成员的最优解,并分析了相关参数的单调性。结果表明,再制造商是否在区块链上销售再制造产品对新产品的零售价无影响,有区块链时的再制造产品零售价大于无区块链时的;区块链的运营成本与再制造产品的零售价正相关,与品牌制造商的专利授权费用、供应链成员的利润负相关,当区块链运营成本达到某一临界值时,相较于无区块链,有区块链的专利授权费用会提高;质量升级投入水平与新产品的零售价无关,与再制造产品的零售价、专利授权费用正相关,与供应链成员的利润负相关。
Upgrading the quality of the remanufactured product can compensate for quality defects,and blockchain can improve the transparency of product information.Under the quality upgrade,in order to study the impact of blockchain on authorized remanufacturing supply chain decisions,the authorization decision models without blockchain and with blockchain are constructed respectively,and the optimal solutions of members in the two cases are compared,and the monotonicity of related parameters is analyzed.The results show that whether the remanufacturer sells the remanufactured product on the blockchain has no effect on the retail price of the new product,the retail price of the remanufactured product with blockchain is higher than that without blockchain;The operating cost of blockchain is positively correlated with the retail price of the remanufactured product,and negatively correlated with the patent licensing fee of the brand manufacturer and the profits of supply chain members,when the operating cost of blockchain reaches a certain critical value,compared to without blockchain,the patent licensing fee with blockchain will increase;The level of investment in quality upgrading has no relation with the retail price of the new product,positive correlation with the retail price of the remanufactured product and patent licensing fee,and negative correlation with the profits of supply chain members.
