攀西采煤沉陷区发展光伏发电工程实践

摘要 攀西地区形成了较大范围的采煤沉陷区,沉陷区内土地废弃严重,居民生产适宜用地面积骤减,同时,境内太阳能资源具备很好的开发利用前景。通过开展光伏发电项目,促进采煤沉陷区生态良性循环发展,巩固资源枯竭地区经济转型发展成果。一方面,推动采煤沉陷区实现绿色生产、可持续发展和经济社会稳定,既可提供清洁绿电,又可实现土地综合利用;另一方面,可实现产业转型升级,从单一的煤及煤化工产业向多元的特色产业转变,巩固脱贫奔康成果,促进乡村振兴、地区经济转型发展。项目对四川省采煤沉陷区综合治理工程进行了有益探索,对于我国南方山地采煤沉陷区经济转型发展研究有一定的借鉴意义。 Panxi area has formed a large range of coal mining subsidence area,the land in the area is seriously abandoned,the area of suitable land for residential production has decreased sharply,and at the same time,the domestic solar energy resources have good prospects for development and utilization.Through the development of photovoltaic power generation projects,promote the ecological virtuous cycle development of coal mining subsidence areas,and consolidate the results of economic transformation and development in resource-exhausted areas.On the one hand,promote green production,sustainable development and economic and social stability in coal mining subsidence areas,which can not only provide clean green electricity,but also realize comprehensive land utilization;On the other hand,it can realize industrial transformation and upgrading,from a single coal and coal chemical industry to a diversified characteristic industry,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and health,and promote rural revitalization and regional economic transformation and development.This project has made a useful exploration of the comprehensive treatment project of coal mining subsidence area in Sichuan Province,and has certain reference significance for the research on economic transformation and development of mountainous coal mining subsidence area in southern China.
