摘要
CFB机组自动控制基于DEB能量平衡的控制策略,在机组增加100~200 t/h供热后打破了平衡,原有的滑压曲线不能适应控制要求,机组的AGC速率和精度都受到影响。基于多工况的最优阀点滑压优化控制技术,研究实现供热工况下机组汽机阀点的自寻优,从而将功率调节精确性、快速性与节能性协调统一,自动识别不同负荷及各种工况,实现全范围自动协同优化控制,深度发掘机组节能、环保、灵活运行潜力,改善机组各项指标、提升发电企业核心竞争力。
Automatic control of CFB unit was based on DEB energy balance control strategy.After 100~200 t/h heating was added to the unit,the balance was broken,and the original sliding pressure curve couldn′t meet the control requirements.The AGC rate and accuracy of the unit were affected.This paper systematically studies the sliding pressure optimization control technology of the optimal valve point based on multiple working conditions to realize the self-optimization of the turbine valve point in the unit under heating conditions.This topic realized the coordination and unity of power regulation accuracy,speed and energy saving,and automatically identifies different loads and various working conditions and realized the full range of automatic collaborative optimization control.This topic deeply explored the potential of energy saving,environmental protection and flexible operation of the unit,improved the indicators of the unit and enhances the core competitiveness of power generation enterprises.
