煤矿智能化综采工作面存在问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of intelligent fully-mechanized mining face in coal mines

2020年以来,徐矿集团先后在张双楼煤矿、郭家河煤矿、天山煤矿等矿井建成了智能化采煤工作面。智能化工作面的建成运行,打破了传统模式,实现了真正意义的综采成套装备智能化远程控制开采,对于徐矿集团推进煤炭绿色开采和煤矿智能化改造具有划时代的重要意义。以张双楼煤矿74104智能化工作面为例,针对智能化采煤工作面现场设备配置、联调联试及其安装和运行中发现的问题提出解决方案,促进了集约高效生产,对全面推行智能化综采工作面建设矿井具有一定的借鉴意义。

Since 2020,Xukuang Group has successively built intelligent coal mining working faces in mines such as Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,Guojiahe Coal Mine,and Tianshan Coal Mine.The construction and operation of intelligent working face has broken the traditional mode and achieved true intelligent remote control mining of comprehensive mining equipment,which is of epoch-making significance for Xukuang Group to promote green coal mining and intelligent transformation of coal mines.Taking the No.74104 intelligent working face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine as an example,this paper put forward a solution to the problems found in the equipment configuration,equipment joint adjustment and test,equipment installation and operation of the intelligent mining face on the spot,promoting intensive and efficient production,which is of certain reference significance to the construction of mine with fully-mechanized mining face.
