煤矿抽采钻孔微膨胀水泥性能试验及注浆参数研究

摘要 通过研究封孔水泥膨胀率测试方法及不同条件下的模拟封孔试验,得出不同水灰比条件下封孔材料的膨胀率不变;带压注浆优于不带压注浆且带压封孔时经囊袋滤水后的水灰比达到1∶2左右,其凝固后抗压强度超过10 MPa,满足抽采钻孔封孔气密性要求。最后确定了注浆稳压压力以1.5 MPa为宜、稳压时间不小于1 min的注浆标准。 By studying the testing method for the expansion rate of hole sealing cement and simulating sealing tests under different conditions,it was found that the expansion rate of sealing materials remains unchanged under different water cement ratios.Pressure grouting was superior to non pressure grouting and when sealing holes with pressure,the water cement ratio after being filtered by the bag reached about 1∶2,and its compressive strength after solidification exceeded 10 MPa,meeting the airtightness requirements for drilling and sealing holes.Finally,it was clarified that the grouting pressure should be 1.5 MPa and the grouting standard should had a stabilization time of no less than 1 minute.
