Research and application of intelligent coal mining face training system in Xukuang

针对智能化采煤工作培训系统现状及不足,利用徐矿技能大师工作室现有条件,建设综采智能化工作面实训基地,从硬件实物和软件动画展示两方面进行智能化采煤工作面教学系统建设,既能达到系统、立体、直观、交互、生动的教学效果,可展示最新智能化采煤技术,并进行设备故障模拟等功能,真正做到“一看就懂、一学就会、一用就管”新培训效果。

In response to the current situation and shortcomings of the intelligent coal mining training system,utilizing the existing conditions of Xukuang Mining Skills Master Studio,a comprehensive mining intelligent working face training base was constructed.The intelligent coal mining working face teaching system was constructed from two aspects:hardware physical objects and software animation display,which can achieve systematic,three-dimensional,intuitive,interactive,and vivid teaching effects,and display the latest intelligent coal mining technology,and perform equipment fault simulation and other functions,truly achieving a new training effect of"understanding at a glance,learning at a glance,and managing at a glance".
