薄煤层高位定向长钻孔裂隙带抽采方案研究与应用

摘要 定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术具有钻孔深、轨迹可控、成本相对较低以及缓解采掘接续紧张的显著优势,已经成为国内瓦斯抽采的重要技术手段。由于采煤工作面高位抽采巷在一定条件下存在瓦斯隐患,而且费用投入较高,利用高位定向长钻孔代替高位抽采巷是瓦斯抽采方式的变化,高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术对于上下邻近层瓦斯抽采、采空区瓦斯抽采具有重要作用。山西安泽玉华煤业1404综采工作面取消高位抽采巷后,研究采用高位定向长钻孔进行采空区裂隙带瓦斯抽采,并根据煤层赋存情况对抽采方案设计进行优化,解决了工作面回风隅角瓦斯防治问题,对类似条件下U形通风系统工作面瓦斯防治具有参考价值。 The directional long drilling gas extraction technology has significant advantages in drilling depth,controllable trajectory,relatively low cost,and alleviating the tension of mining continuity.It has become an important technical means for gas extraction in China.Because there is hidden danger of gas in high-level extraction roadway under certain conditions,and the cost is high,using high-level directional long drilling to replace high-level extraction roadway is the changing trend of gas extraction method.High-position directional long drilling gas extraction technology plays an important role in gas extraction from upper and lower adjacent strata and goaf.After canceling the high-level pumping roadway in No.1404 fully-mechanized mining face of Yuhua Coal Industry in Anze,Shanxi province,the gas pumping in the fissure zone of goaf was studied by using high-level directional long drilling hole,and the design of the pumping scheme was optimized according to the existing condition of coal seam,it solves the problem of gas prevention and control in the upper corner of the face,and has reference value for gas prevention and control in the face with U-shaped ventilation system under similar conditions.
