摘要
燃煤产生的粉尘污染环境,影响人体健康,除尘系统可有效过滤粉尘,降低PM2.5排放量。由于劣质煤种掺烧量不断增大,某电厂除尘效果已渐渐不能满足日益严格的环保要求。以某电厂为研究对象,研究布袋除尘器提效方案,进一步降低系统阻力,提高机组运行安全性和经济性,并通过数值模拟对流场进行了分析,确定了布袋除尘器进风口扩容提效改造方案,取得了较好的应用效果。
The dust from coal combustion pollutes the environment and affects human health,the dust removal system can effectively filter the dust and reduce the PM2.5 emission.Due to the increasing amount of low-quality coal,the dust removal effect of a power plant can not meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements.Taking a certain power plant as the research object,a scheme for improving the efficiency of bag dust collector was studied to further reduce system resistance,improve the safety and economy of unit operation.The flow field was analyzed through numerical simulation,and a scheme for expanding and improving the efficiency of bag dust collector inlet was determined,achieving good application results.
