摘要
随着科研创新探索实践的深入推进,组织发展或组织变革对于高校原始创新能力提升的促进作用也愈发明显。对于高校的原始创新活动而言,学科交叉、融合已经成为学科新知识的增长点,这就需要依靠能够实现多学科融合的相应组织——跨学科组织来实现其创新目标。跨学科组织作为为了打破传统院系组织建制形成的学科壁垒,并由不同性质学科交叉融合而形成的以应对复杂性问题的新型学术组织,其在组织惯性、跨界搜索和知识溢出层面,能够在一定程度上满足高校原始创新能力提升的需求,这构成跨学科组织驱动高校原始创新能力提升的作用机理。而在实现机制层面,跨学科组织可以通过动态调整、目标重构以及协同网络为高校原始创新能力提升提供实践思考。
With the further development of scientific research innovation,organizational development or change has played a more and more important role in promoting the original innovation ability of universities.For the original innovation activities of universities,discipline intersection and integration have become the growth point of new discipline knowledge,which needs to rely on the organizations that can achieve multi-disciplinary integration to achieve their innovation goals.As a new type of academic organization,interdisciplinary organizations are formed by the integration of disciplines of different natures in order to break the disciplinary barriers formed by the traditional organizational system of colleges and departments.In terms of organizational inertia,cross-border search and knowledge spillover,it can meet the needs of universities to improve their original innovation ability to a certain extent,which constitutes the mechanism of interdisciplinary organizations driving the improvement of universities'original innovation ability.At the level of realization mechanism,interdisciplinary organizations can provide practical thinking for the improvement of the original innovation ability of universities through dynamic adjustment,goal reconstruction,and collaborative network.
