在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的历史征程中,习近平总书记作出了一系列关于中国式现代化的重要论述,充分彰显了中国式现代化人民性的本质属性,充分认识其中的人民性对于新时代新征程推进和拓展中国式现代化具有重要意义。中国式现代化的人民性分为三个层次:一是主体确认,即“人民是中国式现代化的主体”,党把人民置于中国式现代化的主体地位,充分贯彻了“以人民为中心”“人民至上”的理念,充分遵循了中国式现代化特殊规律、社会主义建设规律、人类历史发展规律;二是主体认同,即“中国式现代化是亿万人民自己的事业”,中国式现代化是党领导人民长期探索的成果,是事关全体人民的宏图伟业,代表了全体人民的“美好愿景”;三是主体实现,即“必须紧紧依靠人民推动中国式现代化”,推进和拓展中国式现代化必须依靠人民的劳动创造,必须发挥人民的伟大精神,必须汇聚全体人民的磅礴力量。
