智能精准教研:概念界说、价值追求与实践路径 被引量:1

摘要 智能精准教研是在国家政策大力驱动、新一代信息技术高速发展、教师对数据驱动教研的内生需求日益深化的背景下产生的,是继传统教研、网络教研、“互联网+教研”之后的一种全新的教研样态。作为一种新生事物,充分认识其理论内涵,厘清其价值追求,理解新技术赋能教师教研的实施路径,对深入研究智能精准教研具有深远的意义。在5G、大数据、人工智能等技术的全域性介入下,智能精准教研旨在运用“精准思维”,实现教师教研活动的高效性、精准性、全时性和多元适应性;智能精准教研的逻辑实现框架主要涵盖数据挖掘、智慧研修和管理决策三个层级。 Smart targeted teaching research emerges in the background of strong national policy drive,rapid development of new-generation information technology,and the increasing endogenous demand of teachers for data-driven teaching research.It is a brand-new teaching research mode following the traditional teaching research,network teaching research,and“Internet+teaching research”.As a new thing,it is of far-reaching significance to fully understand its theoretical connotation,clarify its value pursuit and understand the practice path of teaching research enabled by new technologies.With the all-domain intervention of 5G,big data,Artificial Intelligence and other technologies,smart targeted teaching research aims to use precise thinking to realize the high efficiency,precision,full-time and multiple adaptability of teaching research.Its logical implementation framework mainly covers the three levels of data mining,smart research and management and decision-making.
