摘要
工厂内部能耗监测点具有多点位、高分散的特点,采用有线传输方式将大幅提高数据采集及传输成本。无线传输技术作为一种高效的信息传递方式,打破了传统的连接方式,可降低安装成本并提高灵活性,目前已广泛应用于能耗监测系统。分析了能耗监测系统中使用的多种无线传输技术,包括ZigBee、LoRa、4G和蓝牙等,并结合在实际项目应用中出现的需求,提出了切实可行的解决方案,最终通过工业互联网云平台进行能耗数据分析和展示。
Due to the numerous quantities and highly dispersive distribution of the internal energy consumption monitoring points in the factory,the use of wired transmission will greatly increase the cost of data collection and transmission.As a means of efficient information transmission method,wireless technology can reduce installation costs and improve installation flexibility,and has been widely used in energy consumption monitoring systems.In this paper,various of wireless transmission technologies used in energy monitoring systems are analyzed,including ZigBee,LoRa,4G and Bluetooth,etc..Also,based on the needs of actual projects,practical application scenarios are proposed,and finally energy consumption data is analyzed and displayed through the industrial internet platform.
