基于耦合电感的零输入电流纹波高增益DC/DC变换器

摘要 针对传统DC/DC变换器电压增益低、开关器件应力高、输入电流纹波大的缺点,提出了一种零输入电流纹波的高增益DC/DC变换器,实现了开关器件电压应力的降低和输入输出电压增益的提高。同时,在占空比不受限、不增加额外的辅助电路的情况下,利用耦合电感技术来消除输入电流纹波,减少了磁芯数量。详细分析了变换器的工作原理和零输入电流纹波的实现机理。最后,搭建1台额定功率400 W的实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。 A high gain DC/DC converter with zero input current ripple is proposed to address the drawbacks of low voltage gain,high switching device stress,and large input current ripple in traditional DC/DC converters.The reduction in switching device voltage stress and the increase in input output voltage gain are achieved.At the same time,without limiting the duty cycle and adding additional auxiliary circuits,coupling inductance technology is used to eliminate input current ripple and reduce the number of magnetic cores.A detailed analysis of the working principle of the converter and the implementation mechanism of zero input current ripple are provided.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by constructing an experimental prototype with a rated power of 400 W.
