中药元宝草抗抑郁作用研究

Study on the antidepressant effect of Yuanbaocao

目的对中药元宝草的抗抑郁作用进行初步研究。方法大鼠随机分组,除空白对照组以外,其余各组均通过慢性不可预见性刺激实验进行造模,分别对元宝草高、中、低剂量组进行给药灌胃,模型组和空白对照组灌胃相同体积的生理盐水。实验同时,每周进行大鼠行为学绝望实验(包括强迫游泳实验和悬尾实验),评价元宝草的抗抑郁作用。结果结果表明中、高剂量元宝草组能较好地逆转抑郁大鼠的绝望行为和情绪状态。结论元宝草有很好的抗抑郁作用。

Objective A preliminary study was conducted on the antidepressant effect of Yuanbaocao,a traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The rats were randomly divided into groups.Except for the blank control group,the other groups were subjected to chronic unpredictable stimulation experiments for modeling.The high,medium,and low dose groups of Yuanbaocao were administered by gavage,and the model group and the blank control group were administered the same volume of physiological saline by gavage.At the same time,a weekly behavioral despair experiment in rats(including forced swimming experiment and tail suspension experiment)was conducted to evaluate the antidepressant effect of Yuanbaocao.Results The results showed that the medium and high dose Yuanbaocao groups could better reverse the despair behavior and emotional state of depressed rats.Conclusion Yuanbaocao has a good antidepressant effect.
