摘要
巨噬细胞(macrophage)是人体内环境中最重要的免疫细胞之一,巨噬细胞有较高的可塑性,在不同的刺激下,M1型(经典活化巨噬细胞)可转化为M2型(替代活化巨噬细胞),可以通过多种途径如调节胰岛素抵抗、调节炎症反应、促进血管修复等来促进糖尿病性创面的愈合。本文主要从巨噬细胞作为创面愈合参与者的角度切入,就近年来巨噬细胞极化在促进糖尿病创面愈合机制中的研究进展及相关药物研究进行综述,为今后治疗糖尿病性创面提供理论参考。
Macrophage is one of the most important immune cells in human body environment.Macrophage has high plasticity,M1 type(classical activated macrophage)can be transformed into M2 type(substitute activated macrophage)under different stimulation.There are many ways to promote the healing of diabetic wounds,such as regulating insulin resistance,regulating inflammation and promoting vascular repair.From the perspective of macrophages as participants in wound healing.The paper reviewed the research progress of macrophage polarization in promoting the mechanism of diabetic wound healing in recent years,providing corresponding reference for the treatment of diabetic wound in the future.
