选择性剪接在肿瘤化疗耐药中的研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一,治疗过程中肿瘤细胞对化疗药物产生耐药性是化疗失败的重要原因。肿瘤细胞耐药机制复杂,许多化疗耐药机制涉及基因和蛋白质的突变和表达改变。近年来,发现选择性剪接是导致肿瘤化疗耐药的新机制之一。为了全面了解选择性剪接对癌症生物学和化疗的影响,本文总结了选择性剪接调节癌细胞获得耐药性的作用,通过分析总结这些分子调节剪接事件为应对肿瘤耐药性提供新思路。 Malignant tumor is one of the major diseases threatening human health.The resistance of tumor cells to chemical drugs is an important reason for the failure of chemotherapy.The mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance in tumor cells are complex,and many of them involve mutations and expression changes of genes and proteins.Recently,alternative splicing isomers have been found to be one of the new mechanisms leading to chemotherapy resistance in tumors.In order to fully understand the impact of alternative splicing on cancer biology and treatment development,we summarized the role of alternative splicing in regulating the acquisition of chemotherapy resistance in cancer cells,and analyzed and summarized these molecular regulatory splicing events to provide new ideas for coping with tumor chemotherapy resistance.
