石榴,花红似火、娇艳多姿,果实晶莹剔透、千籽同房,寓意多子多福,同时也是吉祥团圆、和谐幸福、爱情友情的象征,与佛手、桃并称为中国三大吉祥果。石榴在中国种植范围非常广泛,其中,枣庄市峄城区是中国古老的石榴主产区之一,也是山东石榴的发源地,存有石榴人工林古树群落,其集中连片面积之大、石榴树之古老、古树之多、种质资源之丰富,为国内外罕见。

In the China Pomegranate Culture Expo Park,Yicheng District,Zaozhuang City,there is a China Pomegranate Museum,which displays the history and communication,folk customs and culture,nutrition and value,and other contents of pomegranates based on the idea of carrying forward pomegranate culture and spreading pomegranate technology.
